Themis Trust Against Sexual Harassment and Violence was found in May 2018. As an independent institution, they want to initiate a cultural change in the film, television and stage industries. Their main task is to support those affected by sexual harassment or violence in the culture and media industry by providing legal and psychological advice and inform you about your rights. If you decide to lodge a complaint under the AGG as part of their advice, they will accompany and support you towards the company free of charge. They are also happy to provide advice to employers, witnesses, confidants or equal opportunities representatives who are involved in a case of sexual harassment.
