Pathwaves was founded in 2019 by Jane Arnison. In creating Pathwaves, Jane wanted to offer an environment in world class studios where female & gender diverse producers and engineers can increase their technical experience and confidence so they can be considered as major players in the commercial music industry. The initiative is also an opportunity to grow networks and raise the general visibility of underrepresented people in the music industry.
