Offshoot Tours is a POC women-led touring company in the live music industry sector based in London, UK. By building a diverse roster of drivers and tour managers, we’re actively promoting positive opportunity within the touring industry. We believe touring should be for everyone. Being the intersectional people we are, we found it difficult to find others we could truly identify with in the industry. The amount of women, POC and queer drivers is vanishingly thin. We’re actively building an inclusive community and a diverse roster of people (from everywhere) to build touring parties that celebrate women, LGBTQIA+ and POC within the touring industry. Together, we can play our part in shaping the future of touring.
