This project is aimed at bookers, music managers, musicians and event organizers within the FINTA* community who want to professionalize themselves organizationally and commercially. Simone Schellmann and Jasmin Himmelmann, launched this project to pursue an important goal: an equal and diverse music industry. They share the experiences they have gained through several years of working in the music industry, knowledge, give tips, offer a platform for networking and have an open exchange on all industry-specific topics.
