MIM (Mujeres de la Industria de la Música) is a feminist organization founded in September 2016 by music industry professionals in Spain with the objective of generate visibility, highlight, and reverse the issue of gender inequality through action that aims for equal salary, treatment, opportunities and access for all women in the industry. It produces training courses, studies and reports and organises collaborations and events.
