BIME created the music equality forum (MEF) to fight for a fairer music industry. MEF is possible thanks to the union that is generated between BIME and different groups that fight for a fairer industry that guarantees being able to participate equitably with free and equal access to resources, recognition and decision-making. They also host a directory of  projects supporting women and LGBTIQ+ people.

BandShe Image

Bandshe is an association which aims to support, promote and democratise the place of women, transgender and non-binary people in the professional world of live music. It promotes parity in key technical, artistic and responsible positions, particularly on tours and in concert halls. Banshee brings together a team of technicians, musicians, broadcasters and also trainers and sociologists. The onlien database can be used to find future collaborators and employers!

365XX Records is an all female hip-hop label based in Germany. Their website also hosts a database of over 2000 of FLINTA rap artists

Archiv Frau & Musik Image

The Archiv Frau und Musik houses approximately 30,000 media units by and about 2,000 women composers and conductors. The collection includes sheet music, sound recordings, literature, and gray literature on women composers and musicians from the 9th to the 21st century in the field of classical music, as well as rock, pop, and jazz. A main focus is on original scores and letters from the 18th to the 21st century, as well as bequests of women composers.

Ask Clara Image

Ask Clara is a database of female composers from all eras and nationalities. They currently have over 1,900 female composers registered.
